Is AurenWell legit?

AurenWell is a real, working invoicing and business management app for independent contractors. You pay $97 once, get instant access, and the account is yours. There is no subscription waiting around the corner.

Payments run through Stripe, the same processor trusted by much larger companies, so money from your clients lands in your own bank account in a couple of business days. Your client data stays private to your account, and you can export everything at any time. If it isn’t the right fit, there’s a 30-day refund.

The honest version: it’s built for solo operators and small crews. If you need dispatching and a full back office for a large team, it’s intentionally simpler than the heavy platforms. For everyone else billing clients and wanting to look professional doing it, the reviews below tell the story better than we can.

In their words

Why they switched.

I run a two-person cleaning crew and was paying almost $40 a month just to send invoices. Switched to AurenWell, paid once, and I send the invoice from my phone in the driveway before I leave. Most clients pay before I get to the next house.

I organize closets and pantries for a living, not spreadsheets. I emailed them a pile of questions before I bought because the one-time price seemed too good. A real person answered the same day and walked me through all of it. That's why I trusted it.

Estimates turn into invoices with one tap, and I collect a deposit up front now. That deposit feature alone has saved me from two clients who would have flaked on big jobs.

From across the trades.

Took me an afternoon to get my logo and services set up the way I wanted, but once it was done it just works. Invoices look way more professional than the ones I used to type up in Word.

No monthly bill is the whole thing for me. In winter my work slows way down and I'm not paying for software I'm barely opening. Paid $97 once in the spring and haven't paid a cent since.

I show the QR code at the end of the job and they tap to pay right there. No more waiting two weeks for a check that gets 'lost in the mail.'

I was nervous it'd be too basic to actually replace my old software. It isn't. Invoices, estimates, recurring billing for my maintenance accounts, all there. I haven't missed anything I actually used.

Set up recurring invoices for my three monthly accounts and now they go out on their own and even send the reminders. Used to forget at least one every month. That's real money I was leaving on the table.

Clients sign the contract right on their phone before I start. Feels a lot more official than a handshake, and it's saved me one argument already about what was included.

Honestly bought it half expecting a catch. There wasn't one. The price is the price, my client list is mine, and support actually answered when I asked how to export everything.

It's a web app, not something from the app store, which threw me at first. But it runs fine on my phone's browser and I just saved it to my home screen. Never been an issue on a job.

I'm not a tech person and I had this sending invoices the same evening I bought it. The money lands in my bank a couple days after they pay. Couldn't be simpler.

The questions
people ask.

The things people want to know after seeing the ad, answered plainly. No legalese, no hedging.

Is AurenWell legit?
Yes. AurenWell is a real invoicing and business management app for independent contractors. You pay $97 one time, get instant access, and your account and data are yours. Payments are processed through Stripe, the same processor used by much larger platforms. There is a 30-day refund if it isn’t for you.
Is it really $97 once?
Yes. Pay once, the app is yours, and the price is locked the day you buy. The only other thing that ever costs money is a 1% fee on online payments, which only applies when a client pays you by card or ACH through Stripe. Cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle have no fee, ever.
Will it work for my type of business?
Built for solo operators and small crews who send invoices, estimates, and contracts. Most common fits: cleaning, landscaping, handyman, mobile services, personal training, organizing, painting, pool service, junk removal, detailing. If you need dispatching for a 20-person team, this isn’t that.
What happens to my data, and can I get it out?
Your client list, invoices, estimates, and contracts are yours. You can export everything to CSV or PDF at any time, from the settings page, no support ticket needed. If you ever stop using AurenWell, the data goes with you.
Who is AurenWell not for?
Large field-service teams that need crew dispatching, route optimization, or built-in payroll. Bookkeeping firms that want a full general ledger. Anyone who needs deep accounting integrations beyond a clean export. If you’re a one to five person shop billing clients, you’re who we built this for.
