Refund Policy

The short version

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the one-time $97 AurenWell license fee, for any reason. Just email support@aurenwell.com from the address on your account and we’ll process it promptly.

1. What’s covered

This policy applies to the one-time $97 license fee paid to Wild West Labs LLC (the operator of AurenWell) for access to the Service. If you are not satisfied with AurenWell within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund of the license fee for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@aurenwell.com from the email address associated with your AurenWell account. Put “Refund request” in the subject line. You don’t have to explain yourself, but feedback is always welcome — it helps us improve.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and to issue approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your card-issuer or bank. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. What happens to your account

Once a refund is issued, your access to AurenWell will be revoked and your account will be scheduled for deletion. Before requesting a refund, make sure you export any data you want to keep — invoices, client records, contracts, and similar records can be exported from the app. After account deletion, data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. What’s not covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase. We may still grant refunds outside the window as a courtesy — email us and we’ll consider it — but we are not obligated to.
  • Platform fees on paymentsyou collected from your own clients through Stripe Connect. These are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Stripe’s rules.
  • Payment-processor feescharged by Stripe or your bank. Stripe’s fee refund behavior is governed by its own policies.
  • Optional add-on features or services that we may sell in the future, unless separately stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent invoicing, abusive use, or violations of Stripe’s restricted-business rules.

5. Refunds to your own clients

If you need to refund a payment you received from one of your ownclients, issue the refund directly from your Stripe dashboard. The refund will sync back to the corresponding invoice in AurenWell automatically. Stripe’s fees on the original transaction may or may not be returned to you depending on Stripe’s current policy.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Almost every issue can be resolved faster by contacting support directly, and we’d rather fix the problem or refund you than dispute a chargeback. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.

7. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction. If local law entitles you to a refund beyond what this policy provides, that law controls.
